Order Processing Time
We do our best to process and ship all generic Fantasy Golf Card and scratch off bucket list poster orders within 24-48 hours upon receipt. If you select Expedited or Overnight delivery for your order, you will receive priority processing. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends. For custom Fantasy Golf Card orders, the turnaround time is approximately 5 business days.

Average Transit Times

USPS Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing

UPS Expedited Delivery: 2-4 business days after processing
​
UPS Overnight Delivery: 1 business day after processing

NOTE: Your order will arrive based on the processing time plus the transit time. For example, if your processing time is 1-2 business days and you pick Overnight delivery, you should expect to receive your order in 2-3 business days. The average transit time is based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please call or email us if you're located outside the USA or Canada. At this time, our website is configured to ship within the United States of America and Canada only.
Can I change the delivery address when my order has been placed?
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.

What to do when my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please have a look at your tracking information provided by the shipping courier for any updates. You are welcome to contact our customer service if you have further questions.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What do I do?
Please note it can take a few minutes before you receive your order confirmation. Please check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with our customer service.

What if I refuse my delivery?
Unfortunately, this doesn't mean the package will be sent back to us automatically. Instead, it might be destroyed by the shipping carrier. It is the full responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund refused deliveries.

RETURNS
Can I return my order?
It's simple: If you don't love it, return it. We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We offer a 30 days return from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.

How do I return my order?
The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfill these criteria. Please note you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). If any items arrive back to us damaged, we are not able to offer a refund. Please contact us at info@scratchoffworks.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the email. We will provide you with the return address and we only accept returns delivered at the given address.
Is there free return shipping?
No. The return shipping cost is the customer's own expense.

How do I get a refund for my return?
As soon as we receive and register your return, we will make a refund to the payment method you used for your order and send you a confirmation within 48 hours.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please follow our return instructions and then you simply place a new order. In this way, you will receive the wanted item in the fastest way possible. As soon as we receive your return, you will be refunded and receive a confirmation.
